So the whole thing with the FC I was supposed to get is kind of iffy to me right now. The car was bought at a junk yard and is salvaged title and has to go through hella inspections (CHP) to finaly be reg'd under my name. It seems like a good deal to me the car is only $800 running and rebuilt motor the money i'm going to spend though trying to get it reg'd and smogged is going to be alot so i'm trying to find another FC for $2000 or under. Has anyone had to go through the inspection proccess? How's it work? and if anyone knows anyone with a FC for sale let me know.

You're much better off buying a different FC, there are always tons for sale anyways. I didn't even know there was a process to get a salvaged vehicle back on the road, I thought that was for a rebuilt title, which is worse.
